Dear Mr. Osiceanu,
Following your fax dated 1 December 1998, I am sending you this message concerning the next Sunday's event:
The President of the Standards Commission of the International Canine Federation is honoured to be invited for the 6 December 1998 in Bucharest in order to assist at the official presentation of the two ancient Romanian dog breeds, Mioritic and Carpatin. He will be very happy to get to know these two breeds which will be presented in May 1999 in Mexico at the two FCI commissions in charge with the homologation of
the two breeds, the Standards Commission and the Scientific Commission. To have the possibility to know these breeds in their own country
represents a favourable element for their homologation. He will also be very happy to have the chance to personally meet those responsible for the two breeds and to discuss with them several practical issues mainly concerning the drafting of the two standards.
Mr. Paschoud thanks for the kind invitation to the Mayor of Bucharest, the General Manager of "Ziua" newspaper and to the President of the National Club of Romanian Shepherd Dogs.
